Verbier – Luxurious Seaside Retreat

This is an exceptionally stylish seaside home, south-facing with a large private garden and spectacular views across Cardigan Bay. This beautiful house offers the perfect base to explore this wonderful corner of Wales, situated just 100m from the Welsh Coastal Path and a 10-minute walk to Aberdyfi Beach. Every luxury is provided at Verbier, including a bespoke modern kitchen, four en-suite bedrooms and a wood burning stove – perfect for cosy Autumn evenings. The space Verbier is a spacious, peaceful and luxurious holiday home, with every amenity you could need for a truly memorable holiday. OUTDOORS: Verbier has a spacious private driveway at the rear of the property with parking for two cars, leading directly to the main entrance of the house. There is also a free beach car park permit available for the duration of your stay. There is a large private garden at the front of the house, with a lawn and patio, plus garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for spending lazy late afternoons and evenings together. There is also a washing line on the patio, with pegs in the utility room. FIRST FLOOR: When entering the property you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall, with storage space for coats and shoes. There is also a cloakroom/toilet to the right-hand side when you enter through the front door. Verbier has a stunning open plan living space. The living area has lots of modern, comfortable furnishings and a SMART TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime included. There is also a wood burning stove for guests' use, perfect for cosy evenings with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine. The living area has sliding French doors leading to a balcony terrace with outdoor seating and breathtaking views over Cardigan Bay. The dining area has plenty of seating with a large dining table, a breakfast bar with tall chairs and a highchair for little ones if needed. The dining area also has French doors and a Juliet balcony. The kitchen has been designed to a high spec and features many premium appliances, including electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave/oven/grill, coffee machine, and a wine cooler fridge. There's no better place to cook delicious meals or enjoy a drink and a chat with friends. The kitchen also has an Alexa smart speaker with an Amazon Music subscription included, so that you can enjoy your favourite music. You could also ask Alexa to play your favourite radio channel, news highlights, ask her what the weather will be or ask her to host some games for your family. Bedroom 4: There is one bedroom located on the first floor (the other three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor). This bedroom has a king-size (5ft) bed and French doors and a Juliet balcony, perfect for letting in the sea air in the mornings and evenings. This bedroom has an ensuite with a sink, toilet, heated towel rail, and a shower over the bath. All linen and towels are provided for each bedroom. LOWER GROUND FLOOR: At the bottom of the staircase is a work/study space with a desk and comfy office chair. Free WiFi is included at Verbier, and this space is perfect for catching up on emails and life admin, or if you have children who need to study or revise during the break. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, all of which guests are welcome to make use of during their stay. Bedroom 1 has a super king-size (6ft) bed and French doors leading to the garden patio. It also benefits from its own living area, with a sofa and SMART TV. The ensuite has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, a sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double (4ft 6in) bed, as well as two wardrobe and drawers sets, plus an ensuite with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, a sink and toilet. Bedroom 3 is perfect for children, and has two single (3ft) beds, a small sofa seat and toys and games on the bookshelves. There is also a small walk-in wardrobe with a clothes rail and chest of drawers. The ensuite is especially luxurious with a freestanding bath, relaxing lighting, a heated towel rail, a sink and toilet. Guest access You have sole use of Verbier during your stay, and full access to the entire property.
