Each bedroom is connected to a Living room with comfortable seating, doubling as a sleeping area at night, and a dining area for meals or relaxation. Fully equipped kitchens with an Eclectic induction, electric kettle, refrigerator, and essential utensils. Bathrooms with hot water, hand showers, and basic toiletries provided. 2) Room Decor: Elegant interiors with antique props, fancy lighting, and side tables. Books and aesthetic touches for a cozy, inviting ambiance. 3) Temperature Comfort: Ceiling fans provided; AC not required due to the pleasant weather year-round. OUTDOOR SPACES: 1) Balcony: Artificial grass flooring, outdoor furniture, ,and a speckled charpoy for a relaxed setting. Guest access The property is located off the main road, and you'll need to walk up a short, 50-steps elevated path to reach your stay. Grocery shops and local markets are within walking distance, making it easy to pick up essentials during your stay. ________________________________________ PARKING AT THE STAY: Please note that the nearest parking area is currently under renovation. However, a public parking facility is available approximately 100 meters from the accommodation. Your host will be happy to assist with parking and ensure a smooth process. Should you have any questions or need help with parking arrangements, feel free to reach out to the host. Other things to note GUIDELINES FOR A SMOOTH STAY: Water: RO purified water is available. Let us know when you need a refill. Cleaning: House cleaning is done every alternative day. For extra cleaning, please tip the caretaker. Parking: Parking is located 100 meters away due to ongoing renovations. We're happy to assist with parking arrangements. Accessibility: There are 60 steps elevated path leading up to the stay. If walking is a concern, please consider this before booking for your comfort and safety. High-Speed Wi-Fi: Enjoy 100MBPS internet with power backup and access to OTA apps. Fresh Linen & Towels: Changed every alternative day for your comfort. Bathroom Amenities: We provide soap, shampoo, and basic toiletries. ________________________________________ KITCHEN USE: Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. If you need anything extra, just let us know. Utensil Cleaning: Guests are kindly requested to clean their own dishes. For assistance, a tip of INR 50 per cleaning to the maid is appreciated. ________________________________________ FOOD ORDERS: Food Menu: We offer vegetarian breakfast and dinner. Please place your order in advance. Dining Area: Meals are delivered to your room in casseroles. You can dine in your living room. Food Casseroles: After use, please leave the casseroles on the balcony for collection. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen utensils themselves. Outside Food: Feel free to order food from outside if you wish. ________________________________________ TRANSPARENT POLICY ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Grocery Assistance: You can buy groceries yourself, or our caretaker can assist you. Luggage Drop: Caretaker will be available to assist you for luggage drop. Barbecue & Bonfire: Barbecue setup (stand and coal) for INR 800, and a bonfire can be arranged for INR 500 per session. Heater Charges: INR 200 per day. ________________________________________ HOUSE RULES: Balcony / Terrace Use: The balcony is shared with other guests. Please enjoy alcohol only in your room or if there is no other guest in balcony. Events and alcohol are not allowed on the balcony. Noise Levels: To respect the surrounding residential area, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. No Smoking Inside: Smoking indoors is not allowed to protect the flooring. Furniture: Please avoid moving furniture to prevent damage to the floor. Any damages may result in additional charges. Timely Check-Out: Check out on time to accommodate other guests. Prolonged stays may inconvenience others waiting for access. Hygiene: Use dustbins for trash to maintain cleanliness.
