The complex consists of a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and penthouse apartments spread across 7 blocks. The site offers 3 swimming pools, a children's outdoor play area, and secure private undercover parking. This 2-Bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the block and is accessible via a communal lift. It features a separate entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious seating area. All together the apartment is approximately 74 square metres in size. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in all areas. The kitchen area includes a washing machine, hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and sufficient crockery, glasses, utensils, and pots and pans for at least four guests. A dining table and chairs are also provided. The lounge area features a settee and chair, a Smart TV (supporting services like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc.), and free Wi-Fi. If you log into any streaming services using your personal account, please remember to log out upon departure and return the TV to its original English settings. Another set of table and chairs is available on the balcony adjoining the lounge area. The two bedrooms are furnished with one large double bed and two single beds, respectively. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Additionally, there are two bathrooms; one with a sink, toilet, and bath, and another with a sink, toilet, and shower. Several small local beaches lie within a 10km radius, and the village of Mazotos is a short 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment is conveniently located between the cities of Larnaca and Limassol, both of which feature international restaurants, shopping centers, and blue flag beaches—all within a 30-minute drive. Larnaca Airport is just 15km away. The main motorway network in Cyprus is reachable within 15 minutes, allowing access to all parts of the island within 1-2 hours, including the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
