This unique place has a style all its own. Our Villa is a perfect location and can accommodate a maximum of 45 pax in 9 comfortable Rooms. On top of the hill overlooking Laguna de Bay and Sierra Madre Mountains, perfect for a family/friends staycation with all possible comfort, enjoy our two swimming pool or have a dinner under the moon or enjoy a karaoke or play billiard, whatever you like to do is available, cook and enjoy your own delicious food and BBQ. The space The property is situated in elevated position and overviewing Laguna Lake and Sierra Madre Mountain, always cool temperature and windy sometimes During your stay They will be workers all times for assistance Other things to note HOUSE RULES The maximum number of people allowed to stay is 45 pax child included. Quiet Hours start at 11pm to 7am.. The kitchen provided will be accessible any time, in case help is needed for the use of appliances please contact our Staff. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the House building but is allowed anywhere outside the building. No Parties or Events No Pets No food or drinks in Bedrooms Check-in 2pm onward - check-out 12 noon ( strict ) Please do not bring onto the House any of the following: 1. Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammables 2. Unregistered firearms or swords 3. Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Philippines. Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations: 1. No Running or Rough Play 2. Young Children Should Remain with Responsible Adult 3. No flips and back diving. No running on the pool deck 4. No electrical appliances near the pool 5. Keep radios, CD players, blow dryers, and other electrical devices away from the pool 6. Pool can be used any time from 7am to 11pm only
