The bedroom features a 140 cm double bed, and the living room includes a comfy sofa bed, also 140 cm wide when unfolded – feel free to check the photos for reference. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a shower, toilet, and sink. A shared laundry room with a washing machine is located in the basement. The building offers three large rooftop terraces with sun all day – perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening! You’ll also have access to a gym and a game room. Please note that all house rules must be followed when using the shared spaces. The photos currently show the apartment unfurnished, but it will soon be nicely furnished with a bed, dining area for four, sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Street parking is available in the area.
