A unique gîte to unwind. Located in Lagarde Hachan in the Gers, our gîte stands out for its warm and authentic atmosphere. What makes us unique? A carefully renovated barn, respecting its history and authenticity, while adopting an eco-responsible ethic. Imagine breakfast on the terrace admiring the sunrise, resting by the pond or strolling on the 3 hectares of meadow and admiring the Pyrenees mountain range. The space Cozy and functional cottage, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Enjoy 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the accommodation. The ground floor welcomes you with a friendly living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine serves two bedrooms: - A first bedroom with two single beds (100 x 190) - A second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), as well as a private toilet and sink area. Outside, relax in a pleasant garden with barbecue, table and chairs for alfresco dining. You also have access to a private pond, ideal for a nature break or a short walk. Ideal place to unwind in a peaceful and green setting. Guest access You will enjoy the cottage in complete privacy: The accommodation is entirely dedicated to guests, without any cohabitation with the host. Other things to note Linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. An end-of-stay cleaning fee is to be expected in addition to 50 euros. A security deposit of 400 euros will be requested at the beginning of the stay and returned at the end of this stay.
