Longview Long term loft- budget option, sleeps 5

A 1933 home in historical Longview approx. 1 mile from the Downtown area.This is a very unique place-our 3rd floor loft;a space we use to accommodate friend and family visitors.We are opening it as a budget-minded option for those needing a private space to rest, reset and cook(as we know food prep is essential in a humble budget!) Since 2018,we have provided a clean, pest-free and affordable option to both locals and traveling professionals on our 2nd floor. Our fam lives on 1st floor. Welcome! The space This is a 3rd floor loft, it's fairly large and is an open concept. 4 beds will accommodate 5 people, comfortably. Guest access Guests will enter through the rear stairwell and head up 3 flights of stairs. AIRBNB signs will lead the way. :) Other things to note Please park in the driveway behind the shipping container(one vehicle). More than one vehicle/ please park in the back lot- the address to the rear lot for larger vehicles or trailers is 902 Cole.This street is one of those roads where the roads are not designed for street parking. The property’s curb front has just enough room for mailman access, trash day (5 large bins) and also the fire hydrant. Again, please only park behind shipping container or in back lot only; we appreciate your cooperation and (so will our neighbors).
