A Peaceful, easy and cozy cabin by the Lake. A private cabin with high ceiling, a loft and nice windows with a gorgeous view with a backyard lake. A quiet oasis 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 25 minutes from Örebro. NEW: -There is also a beautiful newly build sauna available for rent. - A new separate bathroom is available for use. Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself. The space Since I don’t live close to the cabin, I can’t control how well guests are cleaning the cabin. If you are sensitive to some dirt, please don’t book the cabin. I only want guests that are willing to take care of my cabin as it is their own. You need to clean the cabin before checking out! There is no drinking water in the cabin. Only running water from the lake in the kitchen for dishes and one outdoor shower with warm water ( Only during spring, summer and fall season! ) 100 meters from the cabin I have a new bathroom with toilet, shower and drinking water. Other things to note Dear Guests, NEW INFO before booking this Cabin. I am not around so much and therefore there will be some changes from the normal description. 1. You will need to bring your own linens for the bed. There are still pillows, duvets and blankets you’re welcome to use. 2. Bring your own towels for yourself and for the kitchen when doing dishes as well as toilet paper. 3. You will need to clean the cabin before checking out. 4. When the outdoor toilet's bucket is full, you need to change it to a new bucket yourself. But now you are able to use my bathroom if you like to. 5. I won’t be able to provide drinking water. Therefore, you will have to bring your own water or fill up the empty buckets from the cabin. The closest place to fill up the water is 100 meters outside the bathroom or at the closest gas station “Preem” in Karlskoga. Preem is located 10 minutes from the cabin with the car. 6. The food menu is not available. You will bring your own food to the cabin, basic spices are available. 7. I have a new air source heat pump. It warms up the cabin fast. Turn it off before leaving the cabin and before checking out. There are two radiators in the cabin. One is under the window in the kitchen area by the table. That one is only on during the winter season. One radiator is at the terrass and should never be on (since it's not isolated it makes no sense to turn it on). 8. IMPORTANT!!! Before checking out. (DURING WINTER) NEVER leave the radiator on the wall on maximum heat. Please leave it on number 5 or 6. 9. The running water from the tap is only available during spring and summer season. Therefore you will have to use water from the lake to dish your dirty dishes. If it is ice on the lake you will use drinking water for the dishes. For more questions regarding this, please ask me! There is a rowing boat that you can use, and it’s possible to buy fishing permission from us if you fish in Våtsjön . (More info in the Cabin)!
