Other things to note Please note that this is a historic building and retains many original architectural features that contribute to its unique character. Additionally, as with most multi-unit properties, noise from neighboring apartments or the hallways may occasionally be heard. During winter months the radiators may emit some noise when filling and releasing steam. Heat is building wide and the radiators in each room can be adjusted individually. Please be aware that during the summer months the air conditioning unit is situated in the living room of the apartment. To ensure your maximum comfort, a supplementary fan is thoughtfully provided for additional cooling throughout the space. Conveniently, there is free street parking available directly outside the unit on Van Dyke St. Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee so we kindly request that you include them on your guest count. Additionally, we ask that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :) The unit is technically on the first floor, but you will need to go up a flight of stairs to get to it. There is no elevator.
