Should you need to raise or lower the temperature during your stay, please let us know so that we can adjust it remotely. Please note that the property will be prepared for the exact number of guests indicated in the reservation (basic linen kit for two people, double bed). Any additional guests or changes to the bed configuration will incur an extra charge and must be requested through the booking channel at least 12 hours before arrival. Important Notice: During the winter season, all vehicles (including rental cars) must be equipped with winter tyres and/or snow chains, as required by local regulations. This is also strongly recommended because access to the apartment’s garage is via a ramp, which may be slippery in snowy or icy conditions.
