Cozy 40 sqm apartment, ideal for two people, located in Dolianova, in the heart of the Sardinia, and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The house is located on the ground floor of a building in a residential area, well served and perfect for couples or travelers looking for authenticity. The accommodation includes a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The property is completed by a private uncovered veranda, furnished for eating, relaxing outdoors and equipped with a BBQ. The space The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa and Smart TV; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet; - VERANDA with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ and divided by a partition. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: limited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room), fan, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. Cot and high chair upon request and subject to availability. Guest access The entrance to the courtyard is shared with the owners, the veranda has a space defined by a divider. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no other spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
