This reservation offers *ONE* hotel room, with one King bed. You can make multiple reservations for multiple rooms, or enquire with us directly to receive a special offer customized to your specific needs. We offer a variety of room types to suit your needs, including Single King Bedrooms that sleep two guests, Double Queen Bedrooms that accommodate up to four, and King Suites that also sleep up to four and feature a separate living room with a wet bar (available with a surcharge). ADA accessible rooms are also available upon request. Guest access Guest access is to a private sleeping room (with en-suite, private bathroom). Shared spaces include our pool/hot tub, outdoor dining areas, patios and lobby/gift shop areas. There are hiking trails near the hotel, and we're about 1.5m away from Bernal Plaza, which is filled with restaurants, grocery stores, and other popular retailers. Other things to note In lieu of a flat/mandatory cleaning fee, our hotel requires a credit card on-file for the duration of your reservation with a $200 incidental hold (a pending charge) that is released and refunded in-full after check out when housekeeping inspects the room and verifies that there is no damage or deep cleaning required. Our hotel has a mandatory housekeeping service policy after three days of occupancy. If you are planning to stay with the hotel as a long term guest, we will schedule weekly cleanings for your room. If you are an extended-stay guest, please schedule which Day of the Week you would like our Housekeeping team to service your room with the Guest Services Team at the time of Check In.
