Lakeshore Home in Boyne City

Located on the gorgeous natural shores of Lake Charlevoix this property is a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful lakefront home with easy access to the beauty of Lake Charlevoix, as well as being a quick jaunt from Boyne City, Petoskey, and other area attractions. From the home to the slopes at Boyne Mountain is only 15 minutes! Multiple spacious living areas, a large island kitchen, a large master suite with attached office, and high-end finishes throughout. The space 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Charlevoix. Our home is fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen necessities and entertaining needs. We will have a spare key for you to use during your stay. To access the laundry, game room or downstairs bathroom, take the staircase down in the kitchen. The spiral staircase will only lead to the lower exit door. Bathrooms have basic toiletries but we recommend bringing your own. Guests are welcome to use our Kayaks and Paddle Board. Our coffee station has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker with 24 pods. If you need more, there's a grocery store in Boyne City. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Renters may use dock but renters assume full responsibility for injuries or damage and the owner is NOT responsible for any liability due to use of the dock. Pole barn and garage are not accessible to guests. No wood burning fires allowed in the interior fireplaces or outside.
