The space The property offers spacious and bright interiors, featuring a large living area perfect for sharing unforgettable moments together in complete comfort. Villa Anthea’s location is unbeatable: nestled in the heart of Western Sicily, just minutes from Cefalù and Palermo, it’s the ideal base to discover the island’s authentic wonders. Here, you’ll find the perfect balance between peaceful nature and the convenience of being close to Sicily’s most captivating destinations. Guest access The entire house is fully at guests’ disposal, with exclusive access to their private spaces within a four-family villa. The entrance is shared with just one other apartment, ensuring privacy and tranquility. One reserved parking spot is included, featuring a convenient electric car charging station, and there is also the option to park outside comfortably. Other things to note The tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night) is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash upon arrival. Exceptions apply to children under 10 years old and adults over 70 years old. Small pets are allowed, but a security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
