Keep it simple at this autonomus peaceful and centrally-located place. You can walk to the center of the town within 10 minutes or get to the "Koum Kapi" beach that's in200m . Supermarkets, grocery stores a traditional bakery and the bust stop to the airport are around the corner. In The coastline paedestrian road in 200m distance you can find many coffee shops and taverns and the begining of the most famous local walking daily routine path to the old harbor. The space The house has two floors and a small loft. On the ground floor it's the kitchen and the living room in a 25sqm space and on the 1st floor you can find the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a sofa that can be turned to a semi-double bed and another sofa on the loft that can be turned in a comfortable single bed. In the bedroom you will find our double bed ( 140cm X 206cm), a triple closet for clothing storage. Other things to note The house is in one of the oldest and most iconic neighborhoods of Chania. Its really quiet and has access to everything. You can find really good traditional taverns in 5-10 minutes walking distance, pharmacies, supermarkets, grocery stores, coffee shops and bars, and you can walk to the old harbor and enjoy the most common walk even the locals do almost every day.
