Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: Super king bed (6ft) with en-suite shower room, WC, and washbasin. Opens onto a private ground-floor patio with sun loungers. Bedroom 2: Super king bed (6ft). Family Bathroom: Includes a bath with overhead shower, WC, and washbasin. Additional WC on the first floor for your convenience. Living Space: Open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area on the first floor. Lounge features a 56″ SMART TV, Samsung soundbar, and patio doors leading out to a balcony with two comfy chairs and a drinks table—perfect for enjoying views over the bay. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, and a separate wine fridge. Outdoor Areas: Ground floor patio off Bedroom 1 with sun loungers.
