Each bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the home includes a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen, workspace, Wi-Fi, laundry, and off-street parking. Whether you're in town for work, a tournament, or sightseeing, this home has everything you need to feel right at home. The space Bedrooms The home features three private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, linens, pillows, and blankets. Each room includes storage options such as a dresser or closet. Bathroom There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries are provided. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items are included for guest use. Living Area The living room includes a comfortable seating area, coffee table, and smart TV with streaming capabilities. This space is ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. Workspace A dedicated desk and chair are available for remote work or study. Laundry The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and supplies are provided. Our pet fee is $60 per pet, per month (30-day period) and is charged in full upfront. For partial months, the fee is pro-rated at $2 per day, per pet. HOW BOOKING WORKS FOR LONG-TERM PET STAYS: 1. YOU MUST SELECT YOUR PETS: When booking, please ensure you update the guest counter to include the exact number of pets you are bringing. 2. MONTH 1 IS AUTOMATIC: Airbnb’s system will automatically apply a flat fee for the first month at checkout ($60 per pet). 3. REMAINING BALANCE PAID UPFRONT: For stays longer than 30 days, the balance for all remaining months is due upfront prior to check-in. We will send a secure request for this balance via the Airbnb Resolution Center immediately following your booking confirmation. EXAMPLE BREAKDOWN: A 2-pet stay for 3 months totals $360 upfront. Airbnb automatically charges $120 at checkout for Month 1, and the remaining $240 balance will be requested immediately after booking.
