The space The peaceful and secluded "Seascape" Complex is up on the Chlomos mountain side over looking the sea below located in a olive grove with 180 degree panoramic stunning sea views across the Corfu channel, and situated at the end of a private road leading to a gated entrance, parking, and the accommodation. The complex sits on 10 thousand square meters of land and accommodates two separate apartments with private terraces, and a main house. The Sunrise apartment enjoys the serenity of nature with a separate double bedroom (140) which has a sea view outlook. Entering the open planned apartment is the dinning / living area, with kitchen, and bathroom with shower, and with a separate bedroom. The dinning area is set up for four guests, and lounge with a sofa bed and TV, with large sliding windows that overlook the sea view, and lead out to a private terrace with sunloungers and outdoor seating / dinning. Guest access Guests have access to the large shared parking area, as well as a shared terrace. Each of the two apartments have their own private terrace areas. Other things to note The location of this tranquil complex requires a car, as there is no public transport to or from this area. You reach the property via a private lane that leads down from the the main Chlomos road, and as with most "off the beaten track" roads on Corfu, please be aware of slippery pot holed road surfaces and sharp bends. There is plenty of parking and the driveway is gated. The complex set up includes two apartments, Seabreeze (4 x pax) and Sunrise (2 x pax - plus a sofa bed option if required), both are rented as holiday lets, and available to be rented together if required.
