On the intermediate level, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds along with a full bathroom. On the lower level, there are two other double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed and desk. On this same level there is another full bathroom and the garage or play area along with a cleaning room. The three levels are connected by a wide interior staircase, all of them having direct access to the garden and outdoor patio from each of the rooms.
