The space Natuurhuisje In 't Holt is suitable for two people and offers a comfortable and quiet place in the middle of the greenery. The spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen invites you to relax after a day outdoors. The semi-open bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with heating, TV and fast Wi-Fi, making it a nice place to work remotely without being disturbed. Our cottage has been renovated in such a sustainable way that, thanks to the excellent insulation, it stays wonderfully cool even during hot summer days – without air conditioning. That is a conscious choice that many of our guests find surprisingly comfortable. There is a fan available, though. The nature cottage is located on a large fenced property with a private parking space. You enjoy a lot of peace and quiet and a lot of privacy here. We live on the same property ourselves and occasionally use the parking lot or walk across the property. Our visitors also park in the parking spaces at the B&B and then walk on to our house. We respect the peace and privacy of our guests as much as possible. Outside, you can sit and use the campfire area if the national rules of the fire department and government allow it. See the fire department's website on the risk of wildfires. Phase 2 is code red: therefore, a ban on fires. To maintain the tranquil atmosphere, pets are not allowed, and no breakfast is served. In 't Holt is above all a place to slow down, be outside and enjoy nature in all its simplicity. Guest access You can easily access the property through a private entrance with a gate code and check in to the nature house independently and in peace. Other things to note In ’t Holt is a quiet place in the middle of nature. Many guests especially appreciate the peace, privacy and the green surroundings here. Because the nature house is in the forest, you may encounter birds, insects, bees, ants, etc., and sometimes wildlife — part of the outdoors. This can also cause some natural nuisance from time to time. We find respect for nature and its inhabitants important and hope that our guests share this feeling. The access road is not lit, so it can be really dark in the evening. For added convenience, there are grounds lights that you can turn on in advance when you return in the evening, so you can easily find the accommodation. Making a fire at the campfire site is possible, but always depends on the weather conditions and the applicable safety rules, from local or national government, fire department, or on the instructions of the owners. Because the accommodation does not have a separate bedroom, it is not suitable for a family with children.
