Other things to note ⛔️Unregistered visitors are NOT PERMITTED. Additional guests beyond the initial reservation’s capacity are generally subject to an extra person fee of Php300 per night. Strictly NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Any visitors who are allowed onto the property are counted as "added pax" and are considered part of the total number of people in the unit. This ensures that the occupancy limit of the property is not exceeded.  ⛔️Smoking and vaping inside the house are NOT PERMITTED. Please smoke at the designated area. ⛔️Please observe QUIET TIME before 7am and after 10pm. ⛔️Php700 for the LOST KEYS. ⛔️Please maintain the CLEANLINESS of the property in the same conditions when you arrived. ⛔️Please TURN OFF all the lights, appliances when not in use and air conditioned when you leave the house for a fire safety reason. ⛔️Please TURN OFF the gas stove completely after cooking to prevent hazards like fire or gas leaks. ⛔️Guests will be held responsible for any DAMAGES to the property. ⛔️2 sedan cars can fit in the garage. Larger vehicles can PARK on the street in front of the house only. ⛔️LATE CHECK-OUT is available for Php300 per hour, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance so we can confirm. ⛔️We DO NOT PROVIDE bath towels and toiletries for big reservation (7 pax and above). Please bring your own essentials.
