Holiday home on Hvaler. This charming skipper’s house is beautifully situated on an elevated and idyllic spot with a lovely view towards Koster. It is within walking distance of Skjærhallen, which offers great shopping and leisure opportunities. You can also go swimming at Skjærhallen, or drive about 5 minutes to Storesand — Hvaler’s largest and most beautiful beach. The town of Fredrikstad is approximately 30 km away. The space Main cabin consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional toilet. Bedrooms: Main house: Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bed Bedroom 3: Double bed and single bed Attic living room with TV, video, and DVD player. Annex: The annex includes a living area with a kitchenette and a toilet with a washbasin. Sleeping space for up to 4 people with a double sofa bed and 2 mattresses in the open loft. Note: The annex will not be available during the winter of 2026 due to renovations. It will be available again from May 1, 2026. This means the cabin will have only 8 beds available in the winter of 2026, and the price has therefore been reduced accordingly. Living area: 200 m² Between Midsummer (St. Hans) and mid-August, the house is rented by the week only, with arrival and departure on Fridays.
