Our accommodation consists of two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (18 m²): A large cozy bed (160 x 200) for a restful sleep. Bedroom 2 (23 m²): Two quality beds (140 x 190 and 90 x 190), TV and a private bathroom with shower. Note: The bathroom in bedroom 2 is reserved for the exclusive use of the same family or group that has booked both bedrooms. Ideal for travelers looking for simple, warm and convenient accommodation, without a kitchen. The space Our house is located high up, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city center, in a green setting conducive to relaxation. You will enjoy a soothing stay, surrounded by nature and calm. For your comfort, a private saltwater pool is at your disposal, ideal for relaxing moments in complete serenity. Set on a vast plot of more than 4,000 m², our house invites you to fully recharge your batteries, in a preserved and peaceful environment. The south-facing bedroom offers unobstructed views of the wooded garden, bathed in natural light. Although the kitchen is not accessible, we offer a hearty homemade breakfast every morning (€10 per person), to be booked the day before your arrival and paid on site. This warm and relaxing setting is perfect for a stay with family or a rejuvenating getaway, away from everyday stress. In less than 1 hour, you will be able to: Enjoy the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the invigorating sea air, Go on an adventure in the mountains, between hikes and breathtaking landscapes, Cross the border for a getaway in Spain, between culture, gastronomy and a sunny atmosphere. During your stay A warm welcome and discreet presence at your service We live on site with Patricia, my wife, and Toby, our lovely English Setter, always ready to welcome you with enthusiasm. We will be available at any time to help you, advise you or simply chat, while respecting your privacy. Your space is completely independent: you will access your room through a main entrance that will be reserved for you, for more freedom and comfort. Don't hesitate to ask us for advice on visits, walks or good local addresses – we will be happy to share our knowledge of the area with you! Other things to note Reception hours: To ensure a pleasant stay, here are our hours: • Check-in: From 4pm. We will be on hand to welcome you and show you around the place with pleasure. • Check-out: Before 11 a.m., so we can prepare your accommodation for the next guests. Your comfort, our priority: To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide you with: • Bed linen: Fresh and carefully prepared for your arrival. A surcharge of €5 is applied for a single night, but free for two nights booked. • Bathroom towels: Provided for your use in the room. Please do not use them for the pool. Pool area: Enjoy our private saltwater pool, a perfect place to unwind and cool off. • To preserve the quality of the towels provided, please bring your own bath towels for the pool. No kitchen but: On request, you can enjoy a refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Long-term special offer: As a thank you for your trust, we offer a 5% discount for one-week stays and 10% for one-month stays.
