Quaint & Casual Three Bedroom

Looking for an affordable, yet clean and safe place to rest your head while you explore Vermont?! Look no farther! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located affordable, clean and quaint apartment. Located on the second story of one of Williamstown, Vermonts last historic buildings, right above an artisan gallery and luxury leather goods shop, this space is fun, casual, clean and more importantly comfortable. Bring your family, or some friends. Sleeps 4 The space This is a Three Bedroom, Single Bath Private Apartment on the 2nd Floor. It has one full-size bed in a bedroom, and two queen beds in the other bedrooms… each room has their own private closet space for clothing and personal items to be hung or put away. Each bedroom also has a small TV. There is one wide open concept kitchen/ dining room and living room adjacent to all of the bedrooms, which is furnished with a large dining table (can seat 6) and large comfy living space with chairs and large sofa to lounge. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire 2nd Floor, and are free to park anywhere noted in the check-in instructions as well as respectfully roam the grounds as they please. Other things to note **ALL GUESTS MUST provide a photo ID directly to us within 24 hrs of booking. We verify the identity of all individuals staying in our home and take the safety and security extremely serious. If you intend to bring colleagues, friends or family that's great, but please NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY - and make sure to book the correct guest counts or request a change to your booking to include ALL new comers. You will need to submit ID's for ALL individuals staying with you on your trip. - In the case that an UNAUTHORIZED guest is located on campus, this is cause for immediate eviction without a refund. ** We are neat freaks and take pride in cleanliness, so our home will always be spotless upon your arrival, freshly stocked with neatly made beds, with fresh linens & towels to boot. We always leave free area maps, handbooks & a small goodie basket for guests enjoyment as well as bottled spring water in the fridge. Please enjoy it on us, and sit back and relax.
