Small basement apartment with private shower & toilet

I rent a simply furnished 1.5-room basement apartment with separate entrance for a maximum of 2 people. Next to the bedroom with two separate beds there is a small dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Cutlery as well as plates and cups are provided. A private shower and toilet are also provided. Very quiet location in a residential area. A covered parking space on the premises can also be used during the stay. The space Breakfast can be booked on request. Please indicate at the time of booking whether this is desired and ask for the price. Guest access Separate entrance via the basement stairs.
