Please review the house rules below—by booking this home, you agree to follow them: 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay. 🚫 No Parties or Events Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. This rule is strictly enforced. Any violations may result in immediate check-out without refund. Three car maximum per stay. 👟 No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes upon entering the home, whether you use the front, side, or back entrance. This helps preserve the floors and keeps the space clean for all guests. 🗑 Weekly Trash & Recycling Trash and recycling pickup is Monday morning. Please place bins at the curb every Sunday evening to help prevent critters and ensure clean bins for you and the next guest. 🐾 No Pets Allowed We love animals, but this home is a pet-free space. Bringing pets inside the home will result in a $500 fine. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Please be respectful of our neighbors and maintain low noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours. 🏡 General Respect Treat the home with care and respect—just as you would your own. Please clean up after yourself, avoid damaging furniture or walls, and report any issues during your stay so we can promptly assist. 🔐 Lock Doors When Leaving For your safety and the security of the property, please lock all doors when leaving the home, even for short outings. 🌡 Thermostat Settings Before checking out, please set the thermostat to a normal range: 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months 67–69°F for heat in colder months ⚠️ Use Caution on Basement Stairs The wooden stairs to the basement can be slippery—please use the handrail at all times for your safety. 📺 TVs & Electronics & Furniture Please use the provided remotes and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. If you need help with the setup, we’re happy to assist. Please do not move/shift or adjust furniture in the rooms. 🧼 Check-Out Cleanliness We don’t expect you to deep clean, but please tidy up before leaving: Wash any used dishes (or put in dishwasher) Take out any/all trash or recycle to the trash & recycle bins Check for personal belongings - we do not allow guests to come back for personal possesions or mail anything left, it is discarded when the property is cleaned.
