This is a natural part of being in a remote, nature-rich environment. We maintain high cleanliness standards and respond promptly to any concerns during your stay. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that critter-related encounters do not qualify for refunds. Guests who overstay after 10:00am without previous permission will be charged $50 per hour.
