The garden is for exclusive use, entirely fenced and surrounded by olive trees, with an outdoor shower under a lush bougainvillea tree that blooms in the summer months. There are also many activities and excursions. The nearby cycle path that connects Vasto and Ortona overlooking the sea built on the old tracks of the historic Sangritana train that passes through Fossacesia Marina, the view that can be enjoyed from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Venere in Fossacesia Alta and then the wonderful Costa dei Trabocchi with its ancient stilt houses, many of which are used as a restaurant to eat "inside" the sea. The nearby Lanciano with its shopping center and its ancient village. Destinations that can be reached in 8/10 minutes by car. And if you prefer excursions to the lake or the mountains, just 15 minutes away you can reach Lake Bomba or the peaks of the Maiella with the meadows of Rosello, trekking and adventure parks or other enchanted villages. Finally, 20 minutes away is the bustling city of Vasto and the incredible experience at the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve.
