A splendid eighteenth-century farmhouse that has become a historic home, carefully restored, for travelers who appreciate nature, harmony and tranquility, in a timeless place. The space Divided into two structures that were originally a house and a stable, where the manger is still preserved, the space currently includes a kitchen, a dining room, and a multimedia room on the upper floor. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note YOUR VACATION IN ABRUZZO IN THE HEART OF THE EASTERN MAIELLA NATIONAL PARK. The residence consists of two adjacent structures. In the first one, there are the bedrooms and a large living room with a fireplace. There is also a breakfast corner here. Also on the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom and a leisure room with two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double single beds, 2 triples for a total of 12 beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. The hotel service is included and a change is provided for longer stays. The second structure consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, an electric oven, a refrigerator and an equipped sideboard (dishes, cutlery and pots...) and a "manger" lounge that can accommodate up to 20 people for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. On the Fonte della Noce plateau (about 1100 meters above sea level), in the Maiella National Park, in addition to the Barbolani Residence there is the pizzeria restaurant "Rifugio fonte della Noce", about 300 meters away. The agreement with the Rifugio reserves us a 10% discount on the restaurant menu and the possibility of direct delivery of the dishes to the Dimora. The Residence dates back to the late 1700s and has been carefully restored while maintaining the simplicity  of the past: by choice it has no TV, but books, board games and cards to allow our guests to experience a different stay immersed in a large green space in contact with the sound of nature. (WiFi present in the room with fireplace) The staff welcomes guests upon their arrival but is not present during the stay, while remaining available in case of need.
