Our modern bungalow in a quiet complex, equipped with all the necessary amenities (including underfloor heating) and a beautiful terrace, is the perfect place to escape for relaxing short trips or leisurely long-term stays. The cottage can accommodate up to 3 guests and, thanks to its strategic location, is ideal for enjoying nature and exploring the region. The nearby lake can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Our newly built holiday cottage is just such a place. It combines high-quality, modern furnishings with a cozy atmosphere in which you feel at home from the first minute – whether for a long weekend or for several weeks at a time. Space to live and relax The heart of the house is the bright, open-plan living area. Through the large windows, you look directly into the countryside. There is a cozy sofa corner here for reading and relaxing, as well as direct access to the sunny terrace. When you step outside in the morning with your coffee in hand, you hear nothing but nature. The perfect indoor climate is ensured at any time of year: Air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool in summer, while underfloor heating provides cozy, even warmth in winter. All the comforts of home - Sleep: In the separate BD, a comfortable double bed awaits you. Since the house is in an absolutely quiet location, relaxation is guaranteed here. Are you traveling as a group of three? The sofa in the living area can be flexibly used as an additional sleeping space (ideal, for example, for a child; dimensions 100 x 186 cm). - Cooking: The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for self-catering – from a quick meal in between to extensive cooking for longer stays. - Bath: A modern, bright bathroom with a comfortable shower completes the house. Why our cottage fits your plan We have deliberately designed the property to offer maximum privacy – a real alternative to the anonymous hotel atmosphere. This makes it attractive for very different stays: - For couples and those seeking relaxation: The quiet location right by the lake is ideal for walks, hikes and a conscious break from everyday life. - For small families: The traffic-calmed, green surroundings offer plenty of space to explore, and the flexible layout of the house is perfect for parents with one child. - For travelers with dogs: You don't have to leave your pet behind with us. Your dog is very welcome and will find perfect trails for exercise and movement right outside the front door. - For business and workation: Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, a private kitchen and a private atmosphere, we are also appreciated by business travelers and long-term guests who are traveling for work or looking for a productive break while working from home. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few weeks, you will find a comfortable and undisturbed "home away from home" here. Easy arrival: There is a parking space available for your car in the bungalow village during your stay. So that you can plan with complete flexibility, check-in is done independently and contactlessly via a key box. PLEASE NOTE: The vacation cottage is located in a bungalow complex. The narrow paths within the complex are gravel, partly intended for vehicles and otherwise for pedestrians, and give the complex its typical charm. You can walk to the nearby swimming area (stony) in about 5 minutes. Another swimming area with a lawn for sunbathing and a sandy beach is also within walking distance. For the former, the path there leads through hilly terrain, which can also be a bit steeper in places. The barbecue is available on prior request. The Internet is provided by the complex via Starlink and offers a fast and reliable connection. However, the Wi-Fi is centrally controlled by the complex and is therefore automatically switched off daily from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guest access The entire vacation home, including the terrace, is exclusively available to the guests for the duration of the booking. Other things to note The vacation cottage is located in a bungalow complex. The narrow paths within the complex are gravel, partly intended for driving through and otherwise for pedestrians, and give the complex its typical charm. You can walk to the nearby swimming area (stony) in about 5 minutes. Another swimming area with a lawn for sunbathing and a sandy beach is also within walking distance. For the former, the path there leads through hilly terrain, which can also be a bit steeper in places. The barbecue is available on prior request. The Internet is provided by the complex via Starlink and offers a fast and reliable connection. However, the Wi-Fi is centrally controlled by the complex and is therefore automatically switched off daily from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A visible camera with a motion detector on the terrace (without sound recording) ensures a feeling of complete security. The accommodation is fully electrically operated (no gas or combustion appliances). This means that no carbon monoxide is produced – a corresponding detector is therefore not required. Of course, smoke detectors are available.
