The main bedroom includes a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is set up with 2 x Single beds. This lovely modern house is fully fitted out with ducted air conditioning. Your small fur babies are also welcome to join you at this property. The complex is a shared space with the other Beach Houses so please be mindful when taking your pets outside as there is no fencing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. You are also supplied with your own washing machine and laundry area. Out the side, there is a Double car parking space with one spot under roof, unfortunately these 2 spots are single file. For those travelling with pets, We do require a pet security deposit to be paid upon key collection direct to our agency. The price for this will vary depending on the amount and size of your pet. You will receive these details after the booking is confirmed. Once you have departed and the property has been checked, the money will be refunded back to you. We also ask that you do not use the washing machine to clean your pet's bedding. Guest access The Beach House accommodation is set up for your Private use only. Other things to note Please note that you are required to bring any consumables you need including but not limited to salt, oils, toilet paper, shampoo etc. This property does supply your linen. You are required to leave the home neat and tidy. The cleaning fee does not include us washing your dishes, taking your rubbish out, picking up after a pet etc, extra fees can occur in these instances. There is no WiFi supplied. Vodaphone has zero service in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to work OK. If you notice any maintenance or cleaning issues, please let us know within 6 hours of check-in.
