Bright & Spacious Basement Suite

This unique and spacious basement suite is quietly tucked away right in the heart of Ephrata. You will have your own private entrance, complete with a screened-in patio, recently renovated living room and bedroom, topped off with a large walk-in shower. This suite is conveniently located near Ephrata's famous historic sites, and has easy access to main roads. It's a perfect location whether you need a quick weekend getaway in Lancaster County, or an extended stay to really catch your breath! The space This is a recently renovated basement apartment with it's own private entrance. Our family lives on the first floor, so you may hear the light pitter-patter of feet throughout the day. You will have your own parking space in our driveway, and there is an easily-accessible outdoor stairway that leads to the apartment entrance. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax whether rain or shine, and the apartment is quite close to many Ephrata-area attractions. While we don't have a washer/dryer for you, there is a laundromat less than 1/4 mile away. Since we have not been hosting for very long, we are certainly open to suggestions in order to make this a more refreshing experience for our guests! Guest access You will be able to access the apartment through the keypad with the code provided before you arrive. There is a patio, living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet, and bathroom ready for you. The locked bedroom door across from the window is locked from both sides, and it will remain that way throughout the duration of your stay. Please do not explore other parts of the upper deck or the house at any time, unless prior consent is given. Other things to note As a reminder, this is a basement apartment suite. There are some sounds that carry from the upstairs (where we live) and into the basement. While we try to be sensitive with any loud noises, there are times when you may hear some footsteps or other random sounds.
