Only 15 minutes from Port Campbell, this tiny house puts you within easy reach of some of Victoria’s most breathtaking coastal attractions. Venture a little further, and you’ll discover the dramatic beauty of Loch Ard Gorge and the world-famous Twelve Apostles—both just a short drive from Timboon’s finest holiday homes. These iconic landmarks are featured on visitgreatoceanroaddotcomdotau and lie within the Corangamite Shire. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is situated on our front lawn, bordered by native gardens, a fish pond, and grapevines, and overlooks the beautiful strawberry fields. It offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and explore most of the farm. Our friendly pet sheep, pony, and chickens are near the parking area and easy to meet. We also have beef cattle and horses, which guests can feed under the supervision of our farm workers. Say hello to Banna the miniature horse – he's friendly, loves pats and snacks, and even gives little rides to kids! He’ll often be seen pulling a cart around the farm with us. We’ve got hand-raised sheep to feed and cuddle, plus chickens, horses, and cattle to meet. From October to May, you can pick your own strawberries, and seasonally enjoy figs, blackberries, apples, and nashi pears fresh from the orchard. Grab a bite at our Aussie Café, enjoy flavours from our Thai Restaurant, or unwind at the bar. Arriving late? Just order ahead and your takeaway will be waiting in your cabin. SAFETY NOTICE: Please note that our larger animals are kept behind clearly marked electric fences. We kindly ask that you DO NOT CROSS the fences! Other things to note - Wi-Fi is available - Electric BBQ grill is available - Breakfast is available at an extra cost - Tap water quality is excellent and free - Mobile phone reception has good signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We prioritize recycling, and our bins are clearly marked - Shared Areas: Car park, Gardens, Lawns, and Strawberry fields - Aussie Broadband. We ask that guests do not enter any enclosures without a member of staff. - We have housing on site for our chefs and farm hand. This makes it safer for any guests. We also have 1 motel room for holiday makers. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.   - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
