The space What You’ll Find Inside & Out The Ribbit Ranch features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed and storage for clothes and personal items. There are two full bathrooms, including a private ensuite, plus a laundry area for added convenience. The open living space includes two TVs with Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. Outside, enjoy a peaceful patio with a fire pit, outdoor dining table, chairs, and a relaxing swing—perfect for winding down under the stars. Guest access Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry area, the large front yard, fenced-in backyard, and both porches (each with gates). You’re also welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio with a fire pit, swing, and dining table. The only off-limits areas are the storage building and enclosed trailer in the backyard, one closet, and one room inside the home. Other things to note Other Things to Note There is another home on the property, but it’s set far enough away to maintain your privacy. The main driveway from the road is used for that home, while you’ll have your own separate parking area. You may also hear some barking from nearby neighborhood dogs—just part of the country setting!
