PLAN YOUR KARJAT ITINERARY A day at The Ten Grand Cottages is pure bliss from start to finish. You kick off with a stroll through vibrant gardens, where swaying palms and rolling hills set a dreamy scene. After a laid-back brunch, the fun takes over whether you’re making a splash in the sprawling pool, crushing it at carrom, pool, tennis table tennis or watching kids go wild on the playground. By afternoon, you unwind at the gazebo, soaking in the peaceful vibes. As night falls, the magic begins with a movie, followed by a bonfire and BBQ, ending the day with laughter and lasting memories. THE SPACE BEDROOM This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and foldable mattress Comes with an attached bathroom. BATHROOMS There is 1 attached bathroom and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. GAMES ROOM & DINING AREA The games room includes air hockey, table tennis, pool, fooseball table etc Include AC, WI-Fi & sound system There is a separate dining area on the first floor. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Shared) There is a 4800 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 70 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space along with a fun-filled play area for children. POOL (Shared) A common pool is available for guest use. The pool is 55ft x 22ft with a depth of 4.5ft and a baby pool with a depth of 2.5ft. timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to Room 3 and shared spaces, except the kitchen. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A private projector setup is available at an additional cost of Rs. 13000. -Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs 3000 per session. -The sports turf is available for use. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
