La Casa di Sueglio is located in the historic center of Sueglio, at the beginning of the beautiful Valvarrone, at the foot of Monte Legnone, with a magnificent view of Lake Como. It is a typical village house that in the past has welcomed young people to spend time together, have fun, take walks in the mountains, and immerse themselves in the surrounding nature. Young travelers are welcome, but also lovers of slow tourism and authentic experiences. Dervio, famous for sailing and kitesurfing, is a 15-minute drive away. The space The Casa di Sueglio has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 11 beds. You can request information through the platform's messaging. At the entrance, on the mezzanine floor, you will find a reception and information space and a bulletin board with messages and updates related to the area. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which are single and 1 double for a total of 4 beds with 1 shared bathroom (these rooms can be booked together and are suitable for a family or a small group of friends). On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a single bed with 1 shared bathroom and an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom for a total of 7 beds (these rooms can be booked together and are suitable for a family or a small group of friends). The Gabriella Room has two beds, for single or double use, and overlooks a balcony shared with the Enrica Room with a single bed. On the second and last floor there is an open space with a relaxation corner next to the fireplace, tables and chairs for work, workshops, or to eat breakfast and other meals of the day, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom. A terrace of about 20 square meters with a magnificent view of the Valvarrone and Lake Como completes the space on the second floor. In the basement there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The house can accommodate single people, couples, large families or small groups. Ideal for relaxing, creating your own space for rest and regeneration, being in company, exercising, working remotely, meditating, enjoying the landscape and learning about local traditions. Finally, the house is ideal for residential training activities, team building, and creative workshops. Guest access - Guests have free access to the common areas of the house, kitchen, living room/open space, terrace, laundry until 11:00 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. - The house is not accessible by car. From the two parking lots in the village, one in the upper part, the other in the lower part, you take internal streets or steps for about 150/200 meters (3-5 minutes walk) - In the house, there is a resident host who sleeps in their private room on the top floor. The arrangement of the house includes attention to the issues of social, environmental and economic sustainability The house is spartan but designed with great attention to detail. Its reopening aims to contribute to the revitalization of the territory that, since the 1960s, has gradually depopulated, losing the ancient knowledge and traditions of agricultural and artisanal activity.
