Excellent sun conditions😎 If you’re looking for relaxing coastal holiday days, this is the perfect place. Just a short boat ride from the dock, you’ll find great fishing spots and a beautiful archipelago ideal for boating. Or how about a walk around the town of Rørvik? A small but charming coastal town rich in maritime history😊 Welcome to stay with us as our guest! The space The apartment in "Norlundbua" is spread over two floors. Ground floor: Entrance, hallway, bathroom/laundry room, 1 bedroom. Second floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, dining area/living room, balcony. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4–6 people. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The outdoor area includes parking for tenants. If tenants would like to receive visitors arriving by motorhome or boat, parking is available next to the house, and guests may also dock at the private pier. Electricity and a private WC/bathroom are available for motorhome/boat guests. A daily rate for motorhome and boat guests is agreed upon separately, depending on the level of service desired during their stay. If the tenant wishes to have access to a boat for fishing or exploring the archipelago, this must be requested and booked in advance when reserving the Norlundbua, as the boat is rented externally. Guest access Outdoor area, the following will be available: - Fire pit for cozy fires and grilling. One bag of firewood will be provided upon arrival. - Outdoor bench and camping chairs. - EV charger is available for guest use. - Guests have access to the apartment section (70m²) of the Norlundbua. The boathouse room on the ground floor is reserved for private use. However, if desired, it can be rented separately by agreement. Other things to note - Necessary cleaning equipment is available in the house. - Toilet paper/Hand soap: Will be available and sufficient for a minimum 2-day stay. For longer stays, guests must bring additional supplies themselves. - Bed linen: Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are provided by the host and will be ready in the cabin upon arrival. - Hand-/Bath Towels: Towels will be ready for guests upon arrival. The number of towels will match the number of guests. If additional towels are needed, guests must bring their own. - Cleaning upon Departure: The cabin must be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was found on the day of arrival – Clean & Tidy! If the guest does not wish to do the cleaning themselves, this can be arranged for an additional fee of NOK 1250,-. This must be agreed upon no later than the day before arrival. Note: If you’re looking for a place to party and drink heavily, we kindly recommend that you find a different location 😊 You’re very welcome to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine in a calm setting, but parties and loud festivities are not allowed.
