Tinkerer's Hideout - Industrial apartment

Welcome to Tinkerer’s Hideout, a unique industrial-style retreat near the center of Athens! The whole apartment was meticulously designed and built entirely by me, with great attention to detail, to be my perfect mix of comfort, practicality and design and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed creating it! The space Tinkerer’s Hideout offers 70m²/750ft² of thoughtfully designed living space, complemented by a private 20m²/215ft² balcony. The apartment features an open-plan layout that connects the entrance, kitchen, and living area. It includes two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with its own private bathroom, as well as a second full bathroom. 𝐄̲𝐚̲𝐜̲𝐡̲ ̲𝐫̲𝐨̲𝐨̲𝐦̲ ̲𝐢̲𝐧̲ ̲𝐝̲𝐞̲𝐭̲𝐚̲𝐢̲𝐥̲ 🛏️ Both bedrooms feature: • A queen-size bed • Two nightstands, each equipped with its own reading light and three power outlets (1 USB and 2 standard European sockets) • An AC unit • Dedicated work space • Generous closet space • Blackout curtains 🚿 In both bathrooms: • Walk-in showers with both handheld and rain shower options • A hair dryer • In the second bathroom, there is also a washing machine 🚪By the entrance: • Ample space for coats, jackets, and shoes, or anything else you may need to store 🍳In the kitchen: • A standard fridge with a bottom freezer • A ceramic stove top and oven • A microwave • All the essential cooking tools: tongs, a whisk, spatulas, ladles, trays, scissors, and more • A high-quality set of kitchen knives • A set of chopping boards • A panini press • A Nespresso coffee maker • Two French presses in different sizes • An electric kettle • Everything you need for dining, including cups, glasses, plates in various sizes, bowls, and cutlery • Additional essentials, including a salad bowl, mixing bowls, and a strainer 🛋️In the living room: • A 55-inch smart TV • A three-seat sofa that easily converts into a king-size bed • A custom-built drop-leaf dining table • An AC unit 🌿On the balcony: • An outdoor dining table with six chairs Additionally a baby crib and high chair are available upon request There is also a heating system with an easy-to-use temperature control Other things to note • For details on check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, smoking rules, pet policies, security camera placement, and other house rules, please scroll down to the “Things to know” section at the bottom of this listing’s page. • Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, with download speeds up to 50 Mbps and upload speeds up to 5 Mbps. • The building has an elevator, but please note that guests will need to climb approximately 10 steps to reach it. • For your peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. • In accordance with Greek tax regulations, all hosts are required to collect ID details from guests.
