Description

For decades, Sardinia has been my second home and now I have bought a small apartment in s'Archittu and furnished it according to my needs - beautifully sunny and with sea views, just 300 m from the beach. In October it is a very popular surf spot in Sardinia - additional surf spots are in the village of Santa Catarina next door and a few kilometers further: Sa Mesa Longa. The price includes Airbnb's fees and the 21% tourism tax required in Sardinia. The space My apartment is beautifully and quietly located on the slope and on the 1st floor of a house with a total of 4 apartments. This also includes a small garden with olive trees in which of course a hammock hangs :-). The stairs to my apartment have a railing on both sides and can be locked at the top with a small gate to make it childproof. The balcony offers space for sitting - with a pass-through directly from the kitchen - and for children to play. There is also a clothesline for drying laundry. Another line is in the garden - e.g. for drying the beach towels. In the garden there is also a water hose that can be connected to a shower, for example, to briefly get rid of sand. Please always remember that drinking water in Sardinia is very precious and use only as much as necessary. The front door leads directly into the kitchen/living room. There is a folding table and 4 chairs (in the other rooms there are another 2 + 1 stools if necessary) and a small sofa. A buildable IKEA children's chair is under the bunk bed. The gas stove has 4 burners and if necessary there is also an electric stove. On the balcony there is a table and 3 comfortable folding chairs + 4 stools. From the kitchen, a pass-through leads directly to the table on the balcony. All rooms have partial sea views. The kitchen leads through a hallway into the two rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has a small washing machine (up to 5 kg, please note!)shower and a toilet with toilet shower. In the bedroom there is the router for Wi-Fi, and there is also a smart TV. There is a large closet and a double bed with two side tables. In the next room there is a bunk bed for children (all beds have a length of 1.90 m!) and a sofa bed (pulled out 1.30 x 1.90 m). There is also a large wardrobe here. Guest access Guests enter the property through a gate with a number padlock and enter the apartment through a small key safe. Other things to note Please take a photo of the electricity meter on arrival and departure - all information is in the folder in the apartment. The apartment has windows on all sunny sides - so it is wonderfully bright. But it also means that in the hot season you should definitely darken the room during the day. It should normally be enough to close the curtains. If necessary, the shutters can also be closed. Please always make sure that they are fastened, as wind often comes up (sea and slope) and then something can quickly break. I also installed mosquito blinds on all the windows. Please close and open carefully - must be locked and reopened with some feeling. In the kitchen, the roller blind will certainly be opened often during the day to use the window as a pass-through - then it is best to close the sliding door to the rooms at the back so that mosquitoes/flies cannot go to the back and, if necessary, only the kitchen has to be cleared. Among other things, I also installed the mosquito blinds to allow a good draft without mosquito/fly stress and to not be dependent on cooling by the air condition (expensive!!). However, please always make sure to lock the windows well. Wind can arise at any time, which is often very strong and then not only the windows, but also the doors slam and something can break. I have attached hooks to all windows so that they can be partially opened - i.e. let wind through, but not open and close. Registration Details IT095019C2000S9266
