Game weekend getaway

Large modern farmhouse just outside of Clemson, completed in 2019. A great place to stay when coming into town for a football game. Bed space for 10, but furniture and open spaces allow for many more. Sitting on 12.5 acres in the county with no noise ordinances. The property is surrounded by woods and farmland. Caretakers will be on the property if needed. The space The house is a large brick house on private property just outside of Clemson. With over 3,800 sq/ft available to guests. The house is custom built with an open concept and is the home of your hosts. The house has 5 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Guest access Guests may access the entire house with the exception of the basement and master closet. The basement has a separate entrance and serves as the office for the farm and a private apartment. It is not included in the rental. Other things to note The house is located on Berry Patch Farm. There are chickens, ducks, and geese on the back of the property in a fenced area. These animals do not have access to the house, fenced area of the back yard, or front yard. No worries, they will be cared for during your stay.
