Strandanker is an innovative, beautiful, large, cozy cottage with touches of a farmhouse and modernity. Located at the harbor of Mönkebude – just behind our small dike, the beach anchor is very central for your relaxation between the beach of the lagoon of the Baltic Sea – the Szczecin Lagoon - and the meadows and forests of the Ueckermünder Heide. The beach of the Haff, the lagoon of the Baltic Sea, can be reached after approx. 200 steps – and meet on white fine beach sand - framed by a harbor with approx. 150 berths and a lively reed bed. Guest berths are also welcome here. From the rooms and the large terrace you have views of the harbor, the harbor area and the water of the lagoon. So you always know what is currently happening there. In the opposite direction of the terrace towards the west, you can see a wide meadow with game and sunset in the most beautiful natural colors. Even in winter this is a relaxing pleasure. The house is built for coziness and relaxation. Leather sofas in the upper and lower living rooms invite you to relax, read, watch a movie or simply to look at nature. The inventory stimulates the senses with its atypical but down-to-earth decor. The beautiful oak plank floor allows a pleasant hapk. The metal staircase reduces the supporting structure to the essentials – the supporting metal and the steps. The railing, in turn, is lovingly filled with metal parts from the Schro, which have now found a worthy place. The kitchen - with large induction hobs - allows you to indulge in food preparation. The surrounding cabinets are filled with the appropriate utensils, which leave nothing unfulfilled – 16-fold basic equipment of dishes and cutlery is at least included to to be able to host a large private company. You will also find cooling facilities in the form of two refrigerators – intended for 1x beverage refrigerator – 1x food refrigerator and a freezer. A dishwasher is of course also installed. In the kitchen, you can also have a cozy breakfast on the kitchen bar fancy bar stools, have a cozy breakfast, etc. In the living room, you will also a nice dining area on a V8 motor block with the dimensions of 2 m length and 1 m width, which you can extend to three meters with extensions. Then up to 12 people can be accommodated in the living room and there is a small dance floor. The media concept is based on projectors. Thus, there are no black walls in the vacation home but with the screen lowered and with the use of the Dolby surround Soundbar, a very nice cinema feeling in a private atmosphere. The operation is a bit more complex - it is not suitable for pure TV watching but rather as a cinema enjoyment or the performance of family movies and pictures. The usual TV programs via a receiver, a DVD-CD player – 2 Google Chromecast dongle are available and of course at least one HDMI cable for your media connection via cable. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house with a maximum download speed of Telekom of about 100 Mbit – upload at about 30 Mbit, which of course we cannot guarantee at all times. Telekom is responsible for this. The living room on the upper floor – the blue room – is also equipped, but with a little lower projector and sound power. Here you will also find a bar above the stairwell, where which, while sitting, the view of the meadow and the harbor to the beach and over the water can water. The bedrooms are located on the south gable and all have floor-to-ceiling windows – they are well lit and individually furnished – including as a sketch room – "Der Berg ru!" In three rooms you will find a desk on which you can work, etc. The bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious shower built in at floor level, which you could even use with a walker. The double sink in turn gives a generous feeling for personal hygiene. In addition, the main lighting is equipped with a speaker which you can control via Bluetooth. The toilet is rimless and installed hanging. The bathroom upstairs is just as practical and comfortably furnished. Here you will also find a spacious bathtub, but it also has a shower. The master bedroom is equipped with an approx. 1 m x 1 m glass skylight for looking at the sky and the stars – while lying down, there is also a feeling of space and connection of the senses. The large terrace of about 70 square meters is equipped with a beach shell sofa for cozy lounging as well as chairs and a small table. In the associated garden and meadow land of about 7000 square meters you will find our small Schaerde, a small playground and a classic fishing boat as a nice seating area for relaxing evenings on the wood grill - everything is ready for you to use. Overall – simply a haven of the senses in which you can anchor on the beach – our vacation home Beach anchor – on the Stener Haff of the Baltic Sea. All around you will find a wide variety of leisure activities, in particular: Water sports, such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, wing foiling, fishing, motor boating, jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, etc. There are several bike rentals that also deliver and pick up directly to our beach anchor. Hiking and cycling through forests and meadows, even on unpaved paths – with us you will find nature of this kind. Go hunting, collect mushrooms, bird watching – here you can see ospreys, deer and with a bit of luck, a wolf – collect mushrooms and prepare them in the beach anchor. Fishing – an interesting fishing area for zander and perch on the doorstep. Golfing – drive a little bit and you will find on the island of Usedom or near Pasewalk very interesting golf courses are available. 3 Airports in Anklam, Pasewalk, Neubrandenburg and on the island of Usedom make it possible to to approach us via the air. The waterway also leads you from us to the island of Usedom and also to Swinemünde. Enduro and off-road tours – here, too, you will find the designated permissible unpaved paths - among other things, driving with your own motorcycle or 4x4 is permitted your own motorcycle or 4x4 - etc. - just try it out.
