This is a working farm, expect to hear some cows, especially at dinner time when they want their dinner. The space Front living room is for guests, there is a kitchenette and a full wrap around porch for plenty of outdoor quiet time. Property manager and a Cattle rancher who leases the fields comes and goes often outside. Both are super friendly and very helpful if any issues arise. Text or message if you need assistance with anything during your stay. Guest access Shared spaces include the laundry room, shared bathroom, dining and kitchen areas and living room. You are welcome to put food in the fridge but remember it is a shared space so only use what you brought. Kitchenette has water dispenser and a hot water kettle as well as electric skillet and some dishes. You have a full private master bedroom with a lock for security, your own bathroom and walk in closet. During your stay Cattle rancher (afternoons and evenings) and owner (early morning is best) both available if any issues arise. Message in the app if you need phone # or have any questions. Dogs on a leash is a must to keep them out of the cows area since they are longhorns with baby calves, your dogs wouldn’t likely be safe. If you bring horses, don’t allow other guests to ride them for liability reasons. If you open a gate, please close it.
