Very bright loft, fully equipped near the Wendake Huron Village and 15 minutes from downtown Quebec City. Townhouse, private entrance, owner occupying upstairs. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and all amenities. Nice private terrace and access to the courtyard for campfires. There's an inflatable hot tub. For bike and rollerblade enthusiasts, there is the beautiful Cheminots bike path just behind the house. You can store your bikes in a secure place. The space Beautiful loft with full and fully equipped kitchen. 2 types of coffee maker: filter and Kurig. Dishwasher. Microwave. complete set of children's tableware. A queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The 2 beds each have a nice memory foam, which makes the beds very comfortable. A large black, opaque curtain that can be closed separates the bedroom from the living room. Work desk. A few books and games for the kids. smart TV with internet *there is no cable: example with Bell or Videotron** only internet with apps that you can download to listen to your favorite channels live. Bedding and towels provided.
