This spacious two-story home features 4 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, plus a dedicated office that doubles as an optional 5th sleeping space with two pull-out sofa beds — perfect for families, professionals, and groups needing extra room. The main floor includes a large, open-concept living room with a cozy couch and loveseat, plus a Smart TV with streaming access (just sign in with your own credentials). The fully equipped kitchen includes a French door fridge with water/ice, dishwasher, flat electric stovetop, oven, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and full cookware. Just off the kitchen is a dining room with seating for six. Upstairs, you'll find: • Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in closet, seating area, and Smart TV • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, closet, plus private sink and mirror • Bedroom 3: Queen bed, standing mirror, dresser, and closet • Bedroom 4: Two single beds and closet space All bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. There are three full bathrooms in total — two on the second floor and one on the main floor (with a walk-in shower, ideal for guests who prefer no stairs). The dedicated office is equipped with a standing desk, making it easy for remote workers or students to stay productive. Need extra sleeping space? The two pull-out sofas in the office convert to beds. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, dedicated office, garage, laundry room, three-season room, pool (unless offseason), backyard, and driveway. The only exception is the basement, which will remain locked and is not accessible during your stay. Other things to note The basement is locked and not accessible to guests.
