Charming accommodation at the top of Åre Sadeln. Welcome to our mountain dream, a fantastic accommodation with an open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Close to the ski slopes and scenic hiking trails. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi & parking. Perfect for both winter and summer activities with the slopes, cross-country trails & bike trails just around the corner. Fantastic views of Åreskutan from the living room. The space Entrance with plenty of practical storage for ski clothes and boots as well as drying cabinets. Open floor plan between kitchen and living room with fireplace for warmth and coziness. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for 8 people & a sofa set in front of the amazing view of Åreskutan. In total, there are 9 beds. Two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom with bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm. Open loft with three separate single beds. One bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna. There is a washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet. Balcony with fantastic view of Åreskutan. Pets and smoking are not allowed. TV: Only play channels via the smart TV, otherwise it's probably easiest with an Apple TV/Google Chrome if you have one. Garbage: The garbage sorting station is located by the road into the Sadeln area. Guest access The entire space can be accessed. Also the outer part of the ski storage. Other things to note If you wish, I can offer packages with bed linens & large/small towels as an option for SEK 300 per person. I need to know that at least 7 days in advance.
