Wisteria Way: Room 2

20-30 min to Chevron, Austal, Airbus, Pilot, Dauphin Island, Bayou La Batre, Theodore & Downtown Mobile The space This is an older two bedroom, one bath mobile home across from a cemetery with a field in the back that's typically filled with corn, cotton and peanuts. This is a SHARED AIRBNB; meaning that the common areas such as the kitchen, dining, living, laundry and bathroom are shared spaces where guests are expected and required to clean up after themselves after using these areas so they are nice and tidy for the next guest who enters. There are only up to two guests per room and additional guests are to pay an extra fee per night. A full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee pot are provided along with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Please take care of our home! Guest access Guests may use the bedroom that they book along with the common areas and outdoor area. During your stay We both are nearby and available if needed; we check in regularly to be sure the space is clean and has the basic necessities for guests. Other things to note This is an old home, it has many flaws but it is a safe and quiet place to rest your head and has what is needed. This is reflected in the price.
