The space The Villa is complete for you, the rooms are not shared and the entire accommodation is for you with everything inside; in front of the Villa you have access to the beach and the sea, a couple of blocks away there are small shops, bakery, restaurant, and basic services, the house has drinking water, it is a very quiet, safe small community; on its terraces, balconies or roof top you will enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and ocean where you can see a diversity of birds of the region and beautiful sunsets. For that and more, we are the best location. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, terraces, beach, sea, and everything the house has. Other things to note We are located on a beach that is 50 minutes from Mérida, 6 minutes from the port of Telchac. You can enjoy quiet beaches, sea and sun. There are also boat rides through the mangroves to see birds and local fauna, swim in freshwater eyes; try fresh seafood in local restaurants, all within an environment of community tourism and virgin nature. Don't miss the tour of the mangroves that culminates in a crystal clear watering hole, or visit the nearby Xcambó Archaeological Zone, sighting Flamingos, Pelicans, seagulls, ducks, frigates and many more. It has basic internet, drinking water and electricity (25 kwh daily included in the rent, each kwh surplus will cost $4.00 pesos mx)
