Located in a quiet and private area, the house has private parking inside the gate: leave your car safely and start your holiday without worries. The apartment is reached by climbing a flight of stairs and welcomes you with a unique decor: every detail tells a story, thanks to the decorative elements from every corner of the world, carefully collected by the owner during her travels. At the entrance, a bright corridor welcomes you: 🍽️ On the right, a kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare tasty dinners and lunches with friends. Dining table, main appliances, complete set of pots and cutlery: there is everything to feel at home! 🛋️ On the left, a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a large bookcase: the perfect corner to relax after a day at the beach or to read a good book in total tranquility. The sleeping area includes: 🛏️ Two spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds, bedside tables, and a walk-in closet, ideal for ensuring restful sleep and having everything you need at your fingertips. The first double room has an external balcony where you can see a glimpse of the sea! 🚿 The bathroom is practical and functional, equipped with a sink, complete bathroom fixtures, bathtub/shower, and a Welcome Kit kindly offered by the house, including shower gel and shampoo. The beautiful pebble beach of Marina Palmense is a short walk from you: clear and crystalline waters await you for moments of pure relaxation away from the chaos. All you have to do is book and prepare to live a unique experience, in a house that will make you travel with your mind... even before you leave the house! Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning.
