Welcome to our stylish and spacious home in the cozy Ewijk – the perfect base for those looking for peace, comfort and beautiful excursions in the region, such as Nijmegen, De Groene Heuvels, De Berendonck, Slot Doddendael, Historic Ravenstein & Wijchen. The house is ideal for 6 people (more people in consultation) with comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and cozy canopy to sit outside, even in less weather. The space 🏡 The house - Bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm) - Bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) - Bedroom with 2 single beds (70x200cm) can be linked as 1 bed. - Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils - Large refrigerator - Bathroom with shower and bath - Cozy canopy with mini kitchen, fridge and TV - Lots of lawns and space around the house with one playground for the kids 🚗 Parking & amenities - Free parking on private property (4 cars) - Electric charging possible (municipal charging station can be connected from the driveway) - Bicycles can be safely stored 📍 Nearby The house is a short distance from countless sights and nature: - Nijmegen city center (±15 min) - The Green Hills - Recreational lake De Berendonck - Slot Doddendael (hiking, dining or getting married!) - Historic Ravenstein & cozy Wijchen Whether you come for relaxation, nature, culture or a weekend away with friends or family, you are very welcome in Ewijk! Guest access Depending on the number of people, 1 or 2 rooms are closed upstairs, and the garage is also closed. Otherwise, you have the entire house and canopy at your disposal. Other things to note Public transportation is easy to access. At 750m walking is a bus stop on the van Heemstraweg in Ewijk (Line 85) towards Druten or Nijmegen (+- 2x per hour). From Beuningen, 1 km walk, the bus goes towards Nijmegen (+- 4x per hour). My 2-year-old daughter and I live in this nice home most of the time, but we like to rent it out when we are somewhere else. The tourist tax is requested separately from the application.
