Discover the gorgeous location, with only a 5 minute drive into Lytham where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, children’s parks & sea front. Please be aware the site is still under re-development, however all demolition works are complete, it is just site clearance and plot completions still ongoing. The space Property It is a 2 bedroom, 4-berth caravan with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room. The living space is a kitchen/diner layout, with an extendable dining table. Site The site is 80 acres, with 3 lakes and lots of green land, perfect for walking, fishing and exploring. Next door to the site is a golf driving range. Other things to note Nearby Places We are only a 5 minute car journey from Lytham where there are plenty of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, Lytham windmill and seafront. 🐾 Lytham is a very dog friendly place, there are lots of walks around the area to take your furry friends for exercise. You can alternatively use the 68 bus, which stops right outside the main entrance of the holiday park. For a sandy beach, head to St Anne’s on Sea, 15 minutes by car, where you’ll find a large sandy beach running all the way to Blackpool, in the summer you’ll see donkey rides, ice cream huts and lots of buckets and spades! St Anne’s has a swimming pool, mini golf, cinema and arcades available for entertainment. Blackpool Pleasure Beach and The Sandcastle Waterpark are only a 25 minute drive away, or just visit Blackpool for the day.
